1. Order Cancellation

1.2 After Dispatch:
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you

2. Return & Refund Policy
2.1 Eligible Returns:
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product is significantly different from its description on
the Website.
2.2 Return Conditions:
• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving
the product.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in
the same condition as received.
• Returns will be accepted only after inspection and

2.3 Non-Returnable Items:
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Products that are used, altered, or damaged due to customer
mishandling.
• Minor colour or design variations due to photography and
screen resolution.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Approval:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
about the status of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original
payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 7–10
business days.
3.2 Shipping Charges:
• In case of a return due to product defect or wrong delivery,
we will bear the return shipping cost.
• For other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the
return shipping charges, and these may be deducted from the
refund amount.
