Strategic Methodology for Expansion of The Bureau of Revived Ancient Soft Skilling (BRASS)

Phase 1: (Step 1-4)
Step 1:
a) Define Vision, Mission & Core Values
b) Clarify what BRASS stands for: revival and dissemination of ancient Indian knowledge systems and soft skills like mindfulness, oratory, Ayurveda-based wellness practices, Vedic mathematics, storytelling, etc.
Step 2:
a) Formulate Governance and Compliance Framework
b) Establish a Board of Trustees and Advisory Council.
c) Register under relevant laws (e.g., 12A, 80G for tax exemption).
d) Setup standard operating procedures (SOPs) and a code of conduct.
Step 3:
a) Recruit Key Foundational Team
